Coldwell Banker® Real Estate Advantage Program
The Coldwell Banker Real Estate Advantage Program (REAP) offers Harvard community members a variety of real estate and relocation products and services. With a commitment to helping guide people home, Coldwell Banker provides Harvard faculty, staff, retirees, alumni and affiliates with home buying and selling education, guidance from a real estate coordinator, access to a select network of real estate agents with local market expertise, preferred mortgage lenders, and the possibility of a cash benefit after closing.
Home Buying and Selling Assistance
A REAP specialist offers guidance and resources to help you identify communities of interest and average prices for those areas, real estate market data, and home buying tips to prepare you for the process. If you’re selling a home, they can introduce you to a select listing agent for advice on preparing your home for sale and a property value estimate.
Cash* Back Benefit
When REAP refers you to a participating program real estate agent from our experienced broker network, you may be eligible to receive a cash*back benefit on the real estate transaction with the referred agent.
- Buy or sell a home through a participating Coldwell Banker real estate agent introduced to you through the Real Estate Advantage Program. Cash* back benefits range from $180 to $10,765. Speak with a program representative rep for details.
- Please do not contact an agent directly before going through the REAP registration and agent referral process, as this may disqualify you from the program.
